Soulstice Stables is a place to slow down and reconnect — with yourself, with nature, and with horses. Through mindful horsemanship, Reiki, and small-group retreats, I guide women and horse lovers into deeper calm, confidence, and connection.

Hi, I’m Crystal
​
Horses have always been my home. As a kid, I spent every spare moment trying to be around them — reading about them, volunteering at barns, and eventually working with them full time. I’ve had the opportunity to work across many disciplines and environments, but over the years I realized something:
The most powerful moments with horses aren’t about performance — they’re about presence.
That understanding naturally led me to Reiki and energy work. After witnessing Reiki support my own family during a difficult time, I felt called to learn it so I could help horses and the people who love them. I later became master certified and began weaving energy work into everything I do.
