What to Expect
Arrive & Settle
We begin in a quiet, comfortable space in my Reiki room or your barn depending on if it's for your horse or you.
Gentle Energy Work
Light hands-on or hands-above techniques guide energy through the body to support relaxation and balance.
Deep Rest
Most horses and people become very calm — yawning, sighing, or even dozing.
Integration
We finish with time to ground, reflect, and notice any changes.
Sessions are unhurried and always tailored to you or your animal’s needs.

Meet Your Practitioner
Crystal has been a Certified Reiki Master since 2013 and specializes in working with horses while also supporting people and other animals. Over the years, she has worked with everything from performance horses and pets to rescue animals and livestock.
Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and grounded — creating a safe space where both horse and human can relax and receive.
