Service Description
🌿 March Cozy Reset Retreat Early spring can feel heavy, restless, and in-between. This half-day retreat is an invitation to slow down, warm up, and gently reconnect with yourself and the horses. We’ll move between quiet time indoors and short, meaningful sessions with the horses, creating a calm, cozy rhythm that supports both reflection and connection. Warm drinks, mindful practices, and guided horse experiences help you reset your nervous system and leave feeling grounded and clear. No horse experience is needed. All activities are done on the ground and fully guided. What’s included • Two guided horse connection sessions • Mindfulness + grounding practices • Journaling + reflection time • Tea and light snacks • Small group (4–6 guests) A note about weather Retreats are designed to be enjoyed in all seasons. We move between outdoor time with the horses and our indoor space throughout the day. Please dress in warm layers and barn-friendly boots. In the event of severe weather, the retreat may be rescheduled for everyone’s comfort and safety. Come as you are. Leave warmer, calmer, and restored.

Cancellation Policy
Reservation & Payment: Your spot is reserved once payment is completed through the booking system. Because group sizes are small, each registration holds a dedicated space just for you. Cancellations: Retreat bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel: • 7+ days before the retreat → you may transfer your spot to another person or receive a credit toward a future event • Less than 7 days → credit only if your spot can be filled Thank you for understanding that small retreats require advance planning and preparation. Weather Policy: Retreats are designed to be enjoyed in all seasons and include both indoor and outdoor time with the horses. Please dress in warm layers and barn-appropriate footwear. In the case of severe or unsafe weather conditions, the retreat may be rescheduled. If this occurs, you may: • attend the new date OR • receive a full credit toward a future retreat Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can begin together on time. Late arrivals may miss portions of the experience to avoid disrupting the group. Health & Safety: All horse interactions are guided and on the ground (no riding). Participants must follow all safety instructions. If you have any injuries, health concerns, or mobility limitations, please let me know ahead of time so I can support you appropriately. Reiki and energy work are complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for medical care. What to Wear: • Layers appropriate for the weather • Closed-toe boots or sturdy shoes • Clothes you don’t mind getting a little barn dusty Comfort is key. Questions?
