The Soulstice Reset is a boutique, full-day wellness retreat designed for deep restoration, clarity, and meaningful connection — all in the peaceful presence of horses. This intimate experience combines gentle movement, mindfulness, and guided reflection in a calm, natural setting. With only six participants, the day is intentionally slow, spacious, and personalized. You’ll be guided through a thoughtfully curated experience including yoga, meditation or Reiki with the horses, journaling, and nourishing refreshments. No horse experience is necessary, and no riding is involved. A Thoughtfully Designed Day Includes: • Gentle yoga session with guest instructor • Quiet connection with the horses • Meditation or Reiki in a peaceful setting • Guided journaling and reflection • Nourishing lunch and refreshments • Quiet personal integration time • Closing circle with the horses The day is designed to feel calm, grounding, and deeply restorative. Details: • Saturday, June 13 • 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM • Located at Soulstice Stables • Limited to 6 participants • No riding involved • No horse experience necessary Investment: $245 per participant A limited number of founding participant spots are currently available at an introductory rate. Once these initial spots are filled, pricing will return to the standard rate. Is This Right for Me? This experience is ideal for those who: • Feel overwhelmed or busy • Are craving time to slow down • Enjoy peaceful, nature-based settings • Are seeking reflection, clarity, or reset • Feel drawn to horses and quiet connection Reserve Your Spot: These retreats are intentionally limited to six participants to maintain a calm, personalized experience. A deposit is required to reserve your space, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the retreat. Cancellation Policy: Due to the small group nature of these retreats, cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another participant.

Cancellation Policy
Reservation & Payment: Your spot is reserved once payment is completed through the booking system. Because group sizes are small, each registration holds a dedicated space just for you. Cancellations: Retreat bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel: • 7+ days before the retreat → you may transfer your spot to another person or receive a credit toward a future event • Less than 7 days → credit only if your spot can be filled Thank you for understanding that small retreats require advance planning and preparation. Weather Policy: Retreats are designed to be enjoyed in all seasons and include both indoor and outdoor time with the horses. Please dress in warm layers and barn-appropriate footwear. In the case of severe or unsafe weather conditions, the retreat may be rescheduled. If this occurs, you may: • attend the new date OR • receive a full credit toward a future retreat Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can begin together on time. Late arrivals may miss portions of the experience to avoid disrupting the group. Health & Safety: All horse interactions are guided and on the ground (no riding). Participants must follow all safety instructions. If you have any injuries, health concerns, or mobility limitations, please let me know ahead of time so I can support you appropriately. Reiki and energy work are complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for medical care. What to Wear: • Layers appropriate for the weather • Closed-toe boots or sturdy shoes • Clothes you don’t mind getting a little barn dusty Comfort is key. Questions?
