Our Horse Birthday Parties offer a relaxed and meaningful experience where children can connect with horses while enjoying time with friends. Children will take turns being led on a calm, gentle horse in a safe and supportive environment. Along with horse time, there is plenty of time to celebrate, play, and enjoy the peaceful farm setting. This experience is designed to be calm, unhurried, and memorable — perfect for kids who love animals and want something truly special for their birthday. What's Included • Each child takes turns being led on a horse • Time to meet and learn about the horses • Private party space • Time for cake, food, and gifts • Photo opportunities • Relaxed farm atmosphere Details 2 Hours Up to 8 children included Additional children $20 each Families are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, cake, and decorations to personalize the celebration.

Birthday Party Policies To help create a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following birthday party policies before booking. Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date • The remaining balance is due the day of the party • Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received • Deposits are non-refundable due to limited availability and scheduling Weather Policy Parties are held outdoors when weather allows. In the event of inclement weather: • The party will be moved to an indoor space when available • Horse riding may not be available for safety reasons • Horse visit, learning time, or alternative activities may be offered instead Safety for children and horses is always the top priority. Horse Riding Safety Requirements For parties that include riding: • Children must wear closed-toed shoes (no sandals or flip-flops) • Long pants are recommended for comfort • Bike helmets are welcome and encouraged • Riding helmets may be available, depending on size and availability • Children must follow all safety instructions around horses Children not wearing appropriate footwear may not be able to ride for safety reasons. Supervision • A parent or guardian must remain on site during the entire party • Adults are responsible for supervising children when not participating in horse activities • Children must stay within designated party areas unless accompanied Arrival & Setup • Families may arrive 15 minutes prior to the party start time for setup • Please plan to clean up and depart promptly at the end of your scheduled time • Additional time may be added in advance if available Food & Decorations Families are welcome to bring: • Food and drinks • Cake or desserts • Decorations • Paper products if desired Please note: • Decorations must be easy to remove • No confetti or items that may be unsafe for horses Guest Count • Party pricing includes a set number of children • Additional children may be added for an additional fee • Please provide a final headcount prior to the party Smaller groups create a safer and more relaxed experience for children and horses. Safety Around Horses Horses are gentle animals, but safety is very important: • Children must walk near horses • No running, yelling, or sudden movements near horses • Only designated staff handle horses • Children must wait their turn for riding These guidelines help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
