Service Description

Homeschool Horse Club is a hands-on educational program where kids learn about horses while spending time in a real barn environment. This 6-week class introduces students to horse behavior, care, and communication while teaching important safety skills and horsemanship basics. Each session includes interactive learning, grooming, groundwork activities, and time working with the horses. Students will learn: • Horse behavior and herd dynamics • Parts of the horse and basic anatomy • Grooming and daily horse care • Safe horse handling and leading • Groundwork and communication with horses This program is designed for beginners and horse-loving kids who want to learn more about horses in a fun and supportive environment. No prior horse experience is required. Ages: 7–13 Small group classes 6-week session

Cancellation Policy

Class Enrollment Enrollment is required for the full session. Because class sizes are small and lessons build week to week, drop-in attendance is not available. Spots are reserved once payment is received. Payment Policy Payment is required to reserve a student’s spot in the class. Due to limited enrollment, payments are non-refundable. If a student is unable to attend a class, a make-up session may be offered if space allows but is not guaranteed. Parent & Sibling Policy Parents are welcome to stay and observe during class. Siblings may attend with a parent but only enrolled students may participate in horse activities. For safety reasons, children not enrolled must remain with their parent at all times. Safety Policy Horses are large animals and safety is our top priority. Students must follow instructor directions at all times while around horses. Closed-toe shoes and appropriate outdoor clothing are required. Closed-toe shoes are required. Sandals and crocs are not permitted around horses. Students who behave in a way that creates an unsafe environment may be asked to sit out of activities. Weather Policy Classes take place outdoors or in the barn depending on weather conditions. Please dress for the weather. In the case of severe weather, classes may be rescheduled. Liability Working with horses involves inherent risk. By enrolling in this program, parents acknowledge these risks and agree that participation is voluntary.
