Service Description
Give your troop a memorable hands-on horse experience! Our Girl Scout Horse Adventure introduces scouts to the world of horses through learning, connection, and fun. Girls will step into the barn environment and discover what it’s really like to care for and interact with horses. During this interactive session, scouts will: 🐴 Learn how to safely approach and interact with horses 🐴 Groom and care for a horse 🐴 Learn basic horse communication and behavior 🐴 Discover what horses need for daily care and wellbeing 🐴 Take turns enjoying a guided horseback ride This experience helps scouts build confidence, leadership skills, responsibility, and connection with animals. Many girls leave feeling empowered and excited after spending time with these amazing animals. No horse experience is necessary — beginners are welcome! Perfect for troops looking for a unique outdoor learning experience or an unforgettable day at the farm. Troops are welcome to bring cameras for photos and memories.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Participation Policy Booking & Payment: All lessons, classes, programs, and retreats must be booked and paid in advance to reserve your spot. No Cancellations or Reschedules: All bookings are final. Spots may be transferred to another participant with advance notice. Minimum Enrollment: Some classes or programs require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, you may be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund. Weather Policy: Activities run rain or shine when possible. If unsafe conditions occur, your session may be rescheduled or refunded. Arrival: Please do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in shortened participation and will not be refunded. What to Wear & Bring: Closed-toe shoes or boots and weather-appropriate, comfortable clothing suitable for working around horses. Bring any required materials or equipment specified for your session. Safety & Liability: Follow all instructor directions for your safety. All participants (or parent/guardian for minors) must complete a liability waiver before attending. Small Group & Personalized Experience: Sessions are intentionally kept small for safety and personalized attention. Spots are limited and often fill quickly.
